Autonomous Mower Retrofit with 50% Lower BOM Cost
Slashdev.team led a two-year R&D project to turn an autonomous mower prototype into an OEM-ready product. Key results included:
- a working autonomy retrofit kit for the McConnel S300 slope mower;
- a 50% reduction in bill of materials (BOM) cost;
- two manufacturing contracts with European companies, supported by engineering team development and product strategy.
